West Terre Haute Little League has paused all scholarship requests until after February 4th. WTHLL would never turn any player away, however the T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant Program is offering registration grants to families to cover player registration fees for any chartered Little League. We would like for families to apply for the T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant first, then check back with us after the window closes.

To support families in need, we are pleased to offer assistance by covering the cost of player registrations for those who may experience financial hardship.
Financial Hardship Request Requirements
To ensure fairness and transparency, families seeking financial assistance for player registration must submit a formal request, which includes the following:
Completed Financial Scholarship Request Form: Submitting a Request Form at the following link stating the request for financial support and the reasons for the need. 2026 Spring Scholarship Form
Player’s Registration Details: Full name, age, and the specific program or division for which assistance is being requested.
Deadline for Submission: All requests must be submitted by March 7th, 2026 to be considered for the upcoming season.
Confidentiality Agreement for Financial Hardship Request
West Terre Haute Little League is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all personal and financial information provided in relation to financial hardship requests. By submitting a request for financial assistance, you agree to the following terms:
Confidential Use of Information
All personal and financial information submitted as part of this request will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating eligibility for financial assistance. This information will not be shared with any third parties except as required by law or in the process of verifying the need for support.
Non-Disclosure
Any information provided will be treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your financial situation to coaches, team members, or other families participating in the program.
All scholarship requests will be reviewed by our Board of Directors. Applicants will be notified of approval by email, with instructions on how to register with a scholarship code.
